Burnout is a reality for so many of us in JCI. Balancing life, work, family, and our passion for service to humanity definitely has its challenges! Join us for this episode with special guest Dan Proulx as we talk about his JCI experience through various projects, roles, and specifically burnout. Dan is a long term member and senator from JCI Vernon; he gives us a candid look at how burnout has impacted him. Luckily for us, he was able to recognize it and find a way to keep his enthusiasm strong. This topic hits home at this crucial time of the year, especially this year; we are nearly half way through 2020, starting to come out of the pandemic lock-down, and maybe in need of a bit of a boost.
