An introductory episode on Parliamentary Procedure and Robert's Rules of Order, and why following these guidelines for meetings (at least in a general sense) is so important. It’s about respect and compromise. It’s about adding a layer of formality to a discussion, and removing ourselves a little bit from getting too emotional on potentially heavy topics.
