It’s important to be thinking ahead, making plans, setting goals, and envisioning what we want the future to look like, despite the uncertainty we face. Life itself is fundamentally uncertain, and it’s when we can come to terms with that fact, and even embrace it, that we can learn how to move past the anxiety that it may bring. Accepting the uncertainty of life is grounding. Given time to sit with that uncertainty gives perspective. Making plans and setting goals despite that uncertainty allows us to gain confidence.
