Illusory Lucid Dreams - a podcast by Jon

In this episode, I recount one of my most recent lucid dreams in which I was absolutely convinced that I was awake despite the fact that the surroundings were otherworldly. I describe methods I use to trigger lucid dreams as well as other strange sleep phenomenon such as sleep paralysis, waking to dream-induced hallucinations and having limbs go numb.
