On our society we are used to have things more or less order. In many areas, order makes our lives easier and more efficient – like having things in order at home or in the office gives us more ease and clarity, or when we park outside, it is way easier to park if parking place has some order then if we all would park chaotically…on many places order is useful. And there are also places, where we tend to establish the order where it is not needed. More than this, many times with trying or even forcing to put things in order, we are taking away limitless possibilities and putting us into some limited space. And, usually we are even not aware, that we are doing that. Those are the points that are limiting our business. When we recognise them, and allow to have chaos instead of order, those can be turning points that can be the greatest gift to our business.

After completing social work studies in Vienna, Doris Schachenhofer worked with children, homeless people, delinquent teenagers and prisoners transitioning back into the real world. She started working and earn her own money when she was 15. Despite of what job she had it never mattered when and how much she worked as long as it was fun for her. Work is an adventure for her to explore possibilities. She loves interacting, creating and empowering.

In 2014 she became an Access Consciousness facilitator and now travels the world, supporting people to be more of themselves. She has a presence and clarity combined with kindness, caring & allowance that gives people the ease and trust to change anything.

Now she is working with people in single sessions, groups and companies and delivers live and online classes, including: Joy of Business, Right Voice for You, Being You, Conscious Parents and Conscious Kids.

Eva Ferjan is psychologist, corporate trainer & coach with 16 years of experience in facilitating business workshops, outdoor experiential team building programmes, team coaching & transformational life Coaching. Already during study and all the years after, she was discovering all possible modalities that could contribute to more ease, joy and happiness on workplaces and generally in our lives. Amazed by powerful tools we can use in all areas of lives, she became Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator and Advanced Joy of Business Facilitator. Now beside all other workshops and coaching she is facilitating Joy of business classes & Business Done Different classes and is still asking what else is possible?
