Beni Johnson is a bonafide creative, idea acrobat and momentum maker whose purpose is to amplify others. From a recording artist to event planner, graphic designer and web developer to visual/creative director, Music A&R to Marketing consultant and entrepreneur, Beni Johnson wears many hats. He currently sits on the board of Music Calgary, Chinook Blast, and ADVANCE, Canada’s Black Music Business Collective. 

Beni Johnson is a top 40 under 40 recipient who has developed some of the most respected and unique cultural entertainment experiences in all of alberta. Motivated by his own personal mantra, 'let's build', Beni Johnson has built communities for enthusiasts and artists of all disciplines to meet, collaborate and, above all, celebrate the positive spirit that a true growing city embodies. 

JUMP Music Initiative is a not for profit that hosts music industry workshops and live original music showcases for young artists. These events are generally held in a central location for easy access and open to all ages.
