On Friday, February 25th, 2022, it was ordered by Judge Kathy Solorzano, as directed by the California state court of appeals, that all proceedings in The People vs. Robert Durst “are permanently abated” because of Robert Durst’s death, effectively vacating Durst’s conviction. Jury Duty has an exclusive interview with Prosecutor John Lewin, who takes us through exactly what happened during Friday’s hearing. We also feature the comments regarding the prospect of this eventuality from two of the jurors who were part of the Los Angeles panel that convicted Durst.

Also check our feed for the trailer introducing Jury Duty Season 4, focusing on The Trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, which will debut on February 28.
