During this hearing, Lead Prosecutor Thomas Binger asks Judge Bruce Schroeder to allow three pieces of evidence at trial—one, that Kyle Rittenhouse previously assaulted a female, two that he had mused about shooting suspected shoplifters with his semi-automatic weapon and three, that Rittenhouse associated with The Proud Boys.
