Continuing the conversation regarding the Black Lives Matter movement, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion in my work moving forward, because now is not the time for neutrality, or prioritizing white comfort. I fully acknowledge and apologize for my lateness in adequately addressing these vital, necessary issues sooner in my work and online community. Please know that I am committed to making changes, and continuing to own where I’ve fallen short. In this episode, I share some of the amazing leaders that I am learning from and working with as I commit to ongoing anti-racism work, and how I intend to put inclusion and equity at the forefront of my mission as a whole.
