(by Richard Hunt)Students at Summit Hill Elementary in Milton, Ga. welcomed first-responders and the mayor - and surrounded them with encouragement in a long hallway designated as the “Kindness Tunnel.” Assistant Principal Mary Beth Burns says, “To see just those precious little ones showing gratitude towards them, it really touched them. They were smiling and waving, taking selfies with the kids, they seemed to be living it up.”
