What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m pumped to be here with you today! Today is day 20 of 100.

Every 10 days we’re going to be taking a step back to reflect with a recap

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night. 

  1. What’s one thing I’m grateful for?
  2. What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal? 
  3. What’s something that’s working well for me right now? 
  4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
  5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?

Our 10-day recaps allow us to gauge our pace and make adjustments if necessary. 

It’s time to evaluate our progress over the past 10 days.

Here’s today’s focus: 

In order to gauge our pace we’re going to do the following...

  1. Write down 3 goals you accomplished over the past 10 days
  2. What’s 1 surprise accomplishment from the past 10 days?
  3. Write down your top 3 goals for the next 10 days.
  4. Write down a habit you’ll implement over the next 10 days.

Again, by keeping track of our progress and doing these recaps, we’re able to pivot or make adjustments to help us hit our goal in 100 days.
