Ron is also the Scientist in Residence VC at Babel Ventures. He co-founded IndieBio, the world’s first Synthetic Biology accelerator devoted to funding and building startups dedicated to solving humanity’s most pressing problems through biology.

He has funded more than 70 iconic biotech companies to market caps of >$500M in 3 years. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from Princeton, and Postdoctoral degrees from Stanford and Harvard Medical School.
