I'm Andrei Mincov, the founder of Trademark Factory. 

Today I have with me Steve Brooks, who for the last 35 years has been coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs and business owners in the UK, the US, and around the world. His sweet spot is helping businesses grow and scale from $1 million to 3 million dollars. He had quite a journey before he got to this point. Born to a family of a bus driver and factory worker, Steve has worked for a bank, an insurance company, a major retail chain—until he found his true vocation in sales and motivating others, which are really the two sides of the same coin.

Selling is about motivating others to do what is best for them. And motivating others is about selling your vision to them.

Steve wrote 4 books and has spoken at numerous events around the world and is now fully invested in driving enthusiasm around his latest published book, the 10K Business Challenge.

In this episode of the Kick-Ass Brands show, we discussed what mindset you need to have to get to the $1 million dollar mark and how to go your business up from there. We also had a fascinating discussion about different approaches to branding.
