This week, run in slow motion with us as an attempt to rescue the Baywatch Nights episode “Space Spore!” This was season 2 of Baywatch Nights when they switched from a sexy detective show to a not-too-sexy X-Files rip-off. Along the way, we talk about Lou Rawls again, evaluate paranormal midriffs, consider the very valid science of decapitated rat paw collections, debate improv-based detective work, and one of the worst line readings ever recorded. All this plus Day-Glo juice burps, revelatory phone calls, and the single worst escape attempt of all time! Your nights will never be the same after this episode!!
