Its is the end of a glorious work week and any week we spend talking about Jesus is a great one! Today's verse is found in Colossians 3:1-4, but here on kill the calf we read in context so we read Colossians 3:1-9. The article I am pulling from was correct and this verse makes you want to become a badass. It does not include the whole context. There is some stuff listed in 5-9 you have to give up to achieve verses 1-4. Why do people make the gospel sound stupid? In order to achieve the freedom God promises you to have to work in the confines of the bible. Yes, it is true freedom, it is just defined what you have to do to achieve freedom!
