Clara & Nicolas Peyraud: France’s second wave stars - a podcast by 6 Pack Lapadat

In this episode of KOTL, we're joined by Nicolas Peyraud, Clara Peyraud, and Charlotte Vedel. Nicolas is the reigning 105 kg junior world champion and 120 kg junior European champion. Clara is the 69 kg junior world silver medalist and reigning 69 kg junior European champion. Charlotte is one of the coaches for Team France and an IPF category II referee.



All three train together and are currently preparing for the IPF Classic World Championships where Nicolas and Clara will be competing in the open for the first time.

In this episode, we discuss how each of them got into lifting and competing in powerlifting, what their training schedule looks like, how the French powerlifting federation is set up and the government funding they receive, and how they're preparing for IPF Classic Worlds.
