Abel Pacheco began Real Estate investing in 2008, and has invested in 865 doors of multifamily (~400 doors LP/Passive, and ~400 doors GP/Active Partner), while working full time as an IT sales leader. He is also working on a new development 156 unit apartment complex. He brings 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, including a verifiable 10x track record of sales from $5MM in 2010 to $57MM of acquisitions in 2016. 

Him and his wife have been married for 12 years, with two beautiful children (a girl & a boy) under 3 years! President and Principal of 5 Talents Commercial Real Estate, Inc. which manages all aspects of acquisition, repositioning, and sale of multifamily properties in Texas & New Mexico.
