Video is a key component of social media and one that you need to wrap your head around. For us "boomers", as the youngins call us, this is hard to grasp. Video scares us. However it is a necessary part of building a business and we talk about how you can do it without putting yourself on video.

We also go through the various platforms and talk about why you should or should not be on that particular platform.
