Gov. Abbott of Texas has tested positive for COVID-19 and will receive Regeneron's monoclonal antibody treatment. The City of Fresno has announced that the Council Chambers will be closed to the public until further notice out of an abundance of caution due to the current local spread of the Delta Variant. Listeners comment. Keep an eye out for your ballot coming in the mail for the recall election 9/14. A "yes" vote means you want Gov. Newsom removed from office. If the majority vote to recall the governor, he will have to vacate the office by 10/22 and his replacement will be sworn in.
