A winter storm watch for the Sierra Nevada will be in effect Tuesday through Sunday and could bring as much as 8 feet of snow. As of December 16th, the KNP Complex fire is fully contained after its ignition by a lightning storm on September 9th. Gov. Newsom has announced plans to spend $300m starting in January to aid small businesses and law enforcement. Chief Paco Balderrama, Fresno Police Department, joined the show to discuss the 24th year of Operation Christmas Presence and the proposal by Gov. Newsom.
