Gov. Newsom visited Sunset Elementary School in Fresno to announce legislation that would provide funding to educate all 4 year olds in the state, expand dual language immersion programs and create college savings accounts for disadvantaged students. Capitol Police have arrested a 55-year-old Michigan man after he parked illegally in front of the Supreme Court and proclaimed, "the time for talking is done." The CDC website has removed its holiday guidelines, stating that it was a technical issue, but some believe it's due to backlash that circulated online following its release.
