President Zelenskyy pled to US Congress for support, including invoking Pearl Harbor and 9/11.  Peace talks continue but Ukraine has rejected Russia's demand that the country remain "neutral" like Sweden. The International Court of Justice has ordered Russia to stop military actions in Ukraine. Fresno Police responded to a home at Millbrook and Clinton at 2a this morning after a caller to 911 said he had stabbed his mother and locked his young sister in a bathroom. He warned he had weapons and a bulletproof vest. Turns out that the caller was a fake. After a fight at Fresno High School ended with 6 students in trouble and a father/son combo allegedly in handcuffs, the parents of involved students claim they'd notified the school of chronic bullying and potential violence as recent as a few hours before the altercation.
