This spring, South Korea's National Police Agency began conducting a nationwide survey to gather opinions for how to punish drunk drivers & if the country's blood alcohol limit for drunk driving should be lowered from .05 to .03 percent. Such changes in other countries have led to a decrease in road fatalities, & Korea FM's Chance Dorland spoke with Jonathon Passmore, technical lead for violence & injury prevention in the Western Pacific Regional Office of the World Health Organization, & Yours - Youth for Road Safety Executive Director Floor Lieshout, to learn more about the issue.
