Allan Lalic is co- founder of Kebloom. In his role, Allan looks after strategy, innovation and vision. Allan is a believer in kids dreaming big and supports all things that give kids the opportunity in becoming big entrepreneurs.

Prior to starting Kebloom, Allan had spent over 20 years in the Finance and software Industry. Allan had worked in a range of diverse organizations, small businesses, start-ups; large corporations; private sector and running his own financial planning practice.

Drawing on many years experience in software and in the finance industry, Allan now focuses mainly on strategy, innovation and vision and his varied background has provided the perfect foundation for Kebloom

Kebloom is an online global community/platform. It's a collaborative environment, (kid and parent, kid and teacher or kid and facilitator) to help kickstart our kids independence. Kebloom unleashes kids entrepreneurial spirit. It will teach all kids how to start a real business by taking kids through a step by step process in a fun and safe & educational environment.

Whether kids already have an entrepreneurial spirit, or whether they have a unique talent, or a passion to make a difference on this planet or just pure drive & motivation to try new things. Also, these kids may already have a business idea, or perhaps they don’t! The Kebloom Business Map will help and guide kids step by step on how to create a real business and make real money. Kebloom teaches kids the value and importance of money and how money can be used for the good on this planet to not only help themselves but to help others. Kebloom will give kids a head start in life. And also remove all limitations by giving all kids the same opportunities​​ on a global scale.

Allan is married to Adelina who is the over co-founder of Kebloom; together they have 2 kids, Oliver and Elysia.
