Eric Glass is the Head Coach or the Miami Heat’s G league affiliate the Sioux Falls Skyforce and the player development coach for the Miami Heat.  He has been a member of the NBA organization for the last 10 years.  He was also a coach on NBA championship teams in 2012 & 2013.  While coaching with the Heat, he has held positions such as Video Coordinator and Head Coach of the summer league team.  Coach Glass has also assisted Mike Fratello for the Ukrainian National team in the FIBA Euro cup.  In this podcast, you will get an in-depth look into how one of the best NBA organizations are ran from top to bottom.
