Episode 18 of the KYP Podcast is Tim Shelton.  Coach Shelton is beginning his third year as assistant coach at Fresno State.  Shelton was named an Under Armour 30-under-30 honoree by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) earlier in May 2018, which annually recognizes the best 30 coaches under the age of 30.  Before Fresno State Coach Shelton was a beloved player and coach at San Diego State University.   Shelton played for San Diego State from 2007-12. In those five seasons, Shelton played in 109 games and played a key role in SDSU reaching the postseason in each of those years, including three consecutive NCAA appearances to close out his career.  He also played with several NBA players including Kawhi Leonard.  In this podcast, he will detail his career as a player including suffering two micro fracture knee surgeries.  He will talk about his development as a coach and what it takes to be a great player and a great teammate.
