We cook up a great chat for this week's episode of Labrador Away. A celebrity chef from Labrador West. The first lesson of this school year is Covid-19 safety. We talk to doctor Peter Lin about how to limit the risk for students, their families, teachers and care-givers.We speak with a an RCMP traffic officer in HVGB on this first day of school. Students are heading back inside the classroom today, but some schools are floating the idea of outdoor classrooms. We hear from a student and two mums who would welcome this new learning environment. Best hockey grandpa ever. We find out how Sebastian Benuen is doing after he made it to Sheshatshiu yesterday evening, completing a long journey from Churchill Falls on foot. Back to school in a pandemic. For some it's business as usual for others it's a very stressful situation. We hear from kids and parents getting ready for that day. We also check back in with the RCMP on traffic conditions.
