Scriptures (All NKJV)

- Isaiah 43:15-19 - I am the Lord, your Holy One,
The Creator of Israel, your King.”

16 Thus says the Lord, who makes a way in the sea
And a path through the mighty waters,
17 Who brings forth the chariot and horse,
The army and the power
(They shall lie down together, they shall not rise;
They are extinguished, they are quenched like a wick):
18 “Do not remember the former things,
Nor consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing,
Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert.

- 2 Peter 3:8-9 - But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long-suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

- Acts 1:7 - And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.

- Luke 17:20-21 - Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; 21 nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”

- 2 Corinthians 2:14 - Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.

- Luke 1:37 - For with God nothing will be impossible.”

- Mark 9:23 - Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

- Galatians 2:6 - But from those who seemed to be something—whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God shows personal favoritism to no man—for those who seemed to be something added nothing to me.

- Acts 10:34-35 - Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. 35 But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.

- Galatians 2:8 - (for He who worked effectively in Peter for the apostleship to the circumcised also worked effectively in me toward the Gentiles),

- Ephesians 3:20 - Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

Message Points

Often times we cannot see that God is doing a new thing because it’s not in our timing and because it’s not always visible to the natural eye.
We have to be aware that God’s timing is not our timing.

You have to be able to see the “New Thing” God is doing in the Spirit

Often times what gets in the way of you and I being able to SEE the “New Thing” that God is doing is ourselves. Because we know and are aware of all of our faults, failures, and deficiencies we discount and disqualify ourselves.

3 THINGS WE HAVE TO KNOW TO SEE THE “NEW THING” GOD IS DOING

1. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD
2. GOD DOESN’T PLAY FAVORITES
3. THE SAME SPIRIT IS AVAILABLE TO YOU
