Shorthanded once again, Ohio State was able to dispatch a hungry Northwestern team 22-10 on Saturday in Indianapolis to take home yet another Big Ten title. Missing guys like Chris Olave, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Baron Browning and Marcus Hooker to COVID-19 protocols/injuries, the team looked off-kilter on offense behind a shaky Justin Fields. Luckily, Trey Sermon turned into the second coming of Eddie George/Ezekiel Elliott as he put the team on his back with 331 yards and two scores.
