Many thought that Alabama would win the national title game, but I don't think people expected it to be such a runaway. Ohio State’s really put themselves in position to fail, especially on defense. Despite an explosive pass-heavy offense in front of them, the Buckeyes continued to roll out a four-linebacker scheme that had absolutely no chance of slowing down Mac Jones and the Tide. Even after getting torched by Smith for the entirety of the first half, we saw little to no adjustments as the game continued to wind on.
