On this week’s edition of Play Like a Girl, Kelsey and Meredith talk Stanford’s reversal on their decision to eliminate 11 varsity sports following economic impact from COVID-19. While there’s a lot to celebrate about the sports being officially back, the decision to eliminate them in the first place still remains something of a head scratcher. 
The pair also talk updates in the Deshaun Watson case, including that 12 of his 22 victims are planning to attend a status conference next week. They also get into how, unfortunately, many continue to place the blame on Watson’s victims. 
While that was a seriously depressing topic, Kelsey and Meredith wrap up the show (in the spirit of the WNBA’s 25th season tip off last week) by talking Jordan Brand’s signing of five WNBA stars — and how that enhanced partnership is a solid investment for Jordan Brand.
