2) How do you currently prepare for a situation where you need to speak up? What things have you found that help? What things haven’t worked so well?
3) Who are the people who can give you feedback on your speaking and leading? Do you ask for feedback? Do you give helpful feedback to others?
4) Where would you like to grow in speaking up? What steps can you take to intentionally engage with this?
