And he’s written more than 800 leadership columns for a variety of online publications including Forbes, Harvard Business Review and Inc.com.John and I have been mutual fans of each other’s work, but we’ve never had the chance to sit down and speak about leadership and the current challenges leaders face. That’s why when he released his latest book, “Grace Under Pressure – Leading Through Change and Crisis”, I knew this would be a perfect opportunity for us to meet up and talk about a subject we both care deeply about.
