In September of 2017, Amber's plans to attend a real estate convention in Texas took an unexpected detour. As Hurricane Harvey descended on the city and inflicted unimaginable destruction, Amber had a choice. She could either stay at home in Las Vegas or travel to Houston and help with relief efforts as a volunteer. She chose the latter and had no idea what she was about to endure.
