Jania Massey is a community leader and Executive Director for Stiletto Boss University, a non profit organization teaching entrepreneurship to young girls. Since the program has started, SBU has expanded to 6 chapters within the Charlotte community and her team has trained over 100 (and counting) #stilettobosses. She has unique skill-sets in fundraising, event planning, strategic partnerships and community engagement. In 2015, I was honored as a 40 under 40 honoree at WSSU and in 2016, named one of the Seven to Watch in 2017 by the Charlotte Observer and 2019 Trailblazer Award from West Charlotte High School and recipient of 2019 Candace Award for Economic Empowerment presented by National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Metropolitan Chapter
