This week on the podcast, we speak with Kathy Davis, a plant-based lifestyle coach, recipe developer, and CEO of VegInspired.  Kathy helps people to successfully transition to a plant-based diet with practical tips, strategies, and easy & delicious recipes without added stress in the kitchen. 


Kathy has a master’s degree in Education and years of coaching experience. Kathy achieved her goal of losing 35 pounds on a plant-based diet in 2020 after setting a goal to eat more plants and less processed foods. She learned the ins-and-outs of cooking and creating delicious plant-based recipes with whole-food ingredients, alongside her husband John.


In this delicious episode, we talk with Kathy about transitioning to a vegan diet, some of the best recipes that she has created, how to make the transition work during the holidays and the benefits of being plant-based/vegan.
