In this special limb lengthening interview with Mr. Ian Bacarese-Hamilton of the Schoen Clinic at Orthopedic & Spinal Hospital in London, England we discuss a variety of topics surrounding his perspective to limb lengthening and deformity corrective surgery.  

With well over 30 years of experience, Mr. Bacarese-Hamilton, is all about the customized, individualistic approach to his patients' care. From using the latest technological lengthening devices such as internal lengthening nails and EOS x-ray to highlight even the slightest defects to create a strategic plan to fix it and even having patients come to see him once a week to ensure a smooth lengthening process.  

Mr. Bacarese-Hamilton was mentored by several great surgeons throughout his career including Dr. Dror Paley as much of Mr. BH's approach is based on the same principles Dr. Paley uses for his patients.
