- Premature Consolidation (aka: bone heals too fast)

- Hardware Malfunction (aka: broken rod or screws)
- Infection (aka: bacteria that gets into incision sites...keep it clean!)
- Nerve damage (loss of sensation)
- Loss of Flexibility & ROM (do your therapy or might lose it for good)
