You must also determine that the expert witness you select has qualifications equal to that of the opposing attorney’s expert.The LNC also needs to identify the chain of command and responsibility. Thureiyya explains that distinctions regarding responsibility can get blurred. The wound care specialist is a consultant, one who prepares a treatment plan for the bedside nurse.
