In the week's episode of #LetMeSipPod Uzy returns to the group after some time abroad and the team start the week with a catch up and share their travel plans for the year ✈️

We look to our cancelled holidays of the last year as well as some shelved plans such as Afronation 🇵🇹 We also talk travelling with pets, and open up on some of our experiences as pet owners 🐕‍🦺

The team then react to sad news of Prince Phillip's death and the media reaction. We compare this to the tragic news of DMX's passing and ask if there is a generational difference in the reception?

Following comments by Jackie Chan who is leaving his fortune to charity 💰 not his son Jaycee we aks if you were rich would you feel bad not leaving anything for your kids? 😳 Does creating generational wealth mean providing opportunities or offering a handout? 

Later in the episode we discuss the reaction to the launch of Bhad Barbie's onlyfans page 🔞 which reached 1m subscribers just after she turned 18. Is this a question of predatory behaviour or Girl go get your bag!?

When compared with Lil Nas X's promoted Satan shoes🩸 what does this mean for freedom of expression? Does it exist in this country? What the world will be like for our children? Is too much content/information ever a bad thing? Are there things young people are not meant to be exposed to? 🙈

We consider Instagram's plan to launch a child-friendly platform and the risk of predators targeting children online. We question what can be done to end / censor racism and trolling comments and the possible alternatives such as a proposed verification system ✅

We also react to the news that one of co-founders of BlackLivesMatter allegedly spent £3m on four luxury properties 🏘 We ask would this affect how you view or donate towards BLM? ✊🏾Would you question where their sources of funding come from and how they manage their donations?
