Mei-Yee Man Oram is the UK Access and Inclusive Design Lead for the Inclusive Environments team at Arup. She evaluates the accessibility & inclusivity of the built environment in relation to social / cultural settings, changing trends and demographics of our societies to address diverse future requirements.

Dr. Angelita Scott is an Assistant Professor of Interior Design at Georgia Southern University. Her research takes a salutogenic approach to the interior environment focusing on the intersections of the built environment and psychological and physiological well-being, and the intersection of
culture and the built environment.

Andy Swann, the author of The Human Workplace & an expert on the connection between people, organizations, and action. Its core message of people-first organizational success has gained attention across the media. Andy uses the book as the blueprint for growing My Amazing Team, truly practising what he preaches. He is also the podcast host of The LifeWork Podcast.
