In this Episode my guest is the new président of ITRA (the  International Trail Running Association) since september 2021.

Lawyer by profession , she arrives in the world of trail running 20 years ago first of all as a runner and then she became the Co-founder and Co-organizer of the Vibram Hong Kong 100 .

She was elected president of the TRAIL RUNNING ASSOCIATION OF HONG KONG and then she entered into the ITRA organisation as treasurer to finally became president after Bob Crowley's resignation at the end of 2021. (cf the #32 ep isode with Bob Crowley).

She talks of her sport history, of the first time with the VHK100 and of her arrival in  the ITRA organisation as treasurer in 2013.

We gonna talk too about the new ITRA Index performance, the goals of this association and what ITRA can bring to runners and organisers for now and the future and many other subjects.
