Because of Sex! — March 2018 - a podcast by LeGaL - LGBT Bar of New York

We call this installment: “Because of Sex.” That’s because we just received a huge win from the full 2nd Circuit in a major Title VII case where the court ruled that sexual orientation discrimination is a form of sex discrimination under existing federal law.
