The October 2011 podcast, featuring Professor Arthur Leonard of New York Law School & Brad Snyder, Executive Director of LeGaL - The LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York, focuses on three stories featured in the October issue: a 9th Circuit case concerning an effort by Arizona to repeal health care benefits for the same-sex partners of state employees; an Alaskan case concerning a challenge by three same-sex couples to the constitutionality of an Alaskan real property tax exemption; and a New York Surrogate's Court case involving a challenge to a probate decree relating to the will of member of a same-sex couple who had married in Canada prior to his death.
