Last week I put a post out about my fertility journey to getting my son and the response has been incredible..

 

I genuinely wrote the post from my heart in the moment but off the back of it I wanna go a bit deeper because it’s more than just a story about trying to fall pregnant.

 

The lessons in this episode is important for ALL OF US and it really highlights the power of how ONE SHIFT can truly change everything - regardless on what your goal is!

 

We can get so lost in our goals we can often loose ourselves in the process, pushing ourselves to DO MORE and to TRY EVERYTHING that along the way we forget to take care of ourselves.

 

We loose sight of whats important, we beat ourselves up, feel a failure and struggle to see the wood through the trees BUT when you make a few subtle shifts things can change - almost in an instant.

 

As humans we focus on results - and if the results aren't what we want to push to do more!

We analyse what we are doing WRONG

We focus on the outcomes we DON'T WANT

Get caught up in the energy of failing and not being good enough 

We become consumed with what we are missing and try to find the answers to change things

 

BUT Energy follows thoughts and our world is a reflection of these thoughts

 

So a result of focusing on what you don't want inadvertantly create more of what you don't want!

 

During this episode I share with you the SHIFT I made that helped me finally fall pregnant that month after almost 4 years of trying and 3 misacarriages.

 

This shift has since gone on to help me make more money, sell my house & buy a new house within 24 hours, to scale my business, overcome abuse and so much more
