Dr. Hazel Harper is a board director of the American Dental Group. She is a graduate of Howard University where she received both her BS and DDS degrees. She also holds a Master’s in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.  In 1997 she earned the distinction of serving as the first woman president in the 85-year history of the National Dental Association. She maintains a part-time private practice in general dentistry in Washington, DC.
