Crew Check 101

1. Are they adding anything to your life?
- There should be more to your friendship than messy conversations and messages full of screenshots about people. Be sure that you have people in your life who can pour in to you and lift you up. You shouldn't be giving out more advice, prayer or concern than you are getting in return.

2. Do they have goals?
- Are your friends supportive of your goals or do they always have something say because they have none of their own? Remember, you are who you hang around. Being connected to likeminded individuals is a MUST. Everyone should have goals and dreams that they want to achieve and that they’re working towards.

3. Can you be yourself with them?
- Are you the same around them or is your switch up game strong when you’re around other people?
