Verse [195] from the Epic of Atrahasis:
"Create a human being, that he bear the yoke,
Let him bear the yoke, the task of Enlil,
Let man assume the drudgery of the god."
Nintu made ready to speak,
And said to the great gods:

1. "Create a human being, that he bear the yoke": This part suggests the deliberate creation of humans for a specific purpose.
