One of my favorite things to do is to interview people. I love hearing stories about their lives and learning from their experiences. This past year I started a podcast thinking I was going to be bringing cancer survivors' stories to life, but I've learned so much from their stories it has brought me so much joy that I feel like I have benefited more than what effort I have put in (and it was a lot of effort).

To that point, it was one of my lessons learned this year, who benefits more, you or the person you're giving to? Ultimately, I think both people win, but as the old adage goes, it is better to give than to receive.
