#44 Richard Nguyen - a podcast by Jadyn Lam

After the off chance of competing in our first powerlifting competition together, Richard and I have become good friends that share the same passion as one another. We chat all things post-university, break-ups and dive into his current situation at home; a story that needs to be recognised and respected due to the sheer hard work and love that he demonstrates for his family.
